This role is onsite at our Edina, MN Headquarters, it is not a remote position.

The Digital Lead, App & Partner Capabilities is responsible for advancing EVEREVE’s digital customer experience by owning the retail app end-to-end and unlocking the full value of existing third-party technology partners across desktop, mobile web, and app. This role blends digital product ownership, site merchandising, technology partnership management, customer journey optimization, analytics, and cross-functional execution to deliver a more personalized, seamless, and profitable omnichannel experience.

• Own the EVEREVE retail app end-to-end
  . Lead the app strategy, roadmap, day-to-day experience, and performance across three phases: parity with digital experiences, app-only digital experiences such as exclusive events and loyalty activations, and a differentiated “To Women, With Love” experience that brings the promise of a personalized stylist in her pocket to life.
• Optimize the full app customer journey. Manage global and category navigation, assortment presentation, product listing and product detail pages, sort order, filtering, attribution, cart, and post-purchase experiences.
• Lead app execution with Reactive and internal partners. Partner directly with the app platform host to manage technology priorities, releases, QA, issue resolution, backlog prioritization, and ongoing optimization.
• Build and manage the app experimentation roadmap
  . Own the app A/B testing strategy and collaborate with Site Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Technology, Merchandising, and Analytics to bring tests, launches, and improvements to market.
• Use data to improve business outcomes
  . Monitor app performance, customer behavior, and customer feedback to optimize engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Drive financial outcomes.
• Identify AI-enabled retail opportunities. Translate relevant AI use cases into practical improvements that amplify personalization, assisted shopping, styling support, and the overall customer experience.

• Unlock existing capabilities across digital platforms
  . Identify capabilities that are currently available but not yet leveraged across desktop, mobile web, and app; prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, strategic value, operational complexity, and business return.
• Own third-party technology partner relationships. Establish regular business reviews and working sessions with key partners such as Shopify, Videowise, and other digital technology providers to understand available capabilities, roadmap opportunities, and underused functionality.
• Build business cases and enterprise value models. Use data, customer insights, and long-range-plan priorities to size opportunities, recommend sequencing, and align leadership around investment and execution decisions.
