Associate Attorney – Estate Planning & Probate

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Edina, MN. The Associate Attorney will assist clients with their estate planning and probate needs, including drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, administering and updating estate plans. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their unique goals and ensuring their estate plans address their needs and concerns.

• Assist clients with estate planning and probate needs
• Draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Provide legal advice tailored to individual client needs
• Administer and update estate plans
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique goals and address their concerns

• Proficiency in delivering legal advice and providing guidance tailored to individual client needs
• Strong research skills to support case preparation and legal analysis
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Minnesota
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Experience with wills and trusts a plus
