Responsibilities:Apply supply chain best practices and continuous improvement principles to improve safety, service, inventory health, productivity, and operational performance.
Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, logistics, delivery, and issue resolution.
Analyze supply and demand data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, commercial, and operations teams to support business priorities and customer needs.
Work in roles such as Asset Scheduler, Supply Chain Analyst, Material Planner, Demand Planner, or related roles using structured problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Minimum of 6 months of equivalent paid co-op or internship experience in supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or related fields
Willingness to be on call for plant area support when required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship .
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Skills:
Demonstrated leadership potential with a strong commitment to safety, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Interest in supply chain, operations, production planning, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing support functions.
Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with AI-enabled and digital technologies, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance problem solving, collaboration, productivity, and decision-making.

The Pay range for this role is $67,200.00 - $ Annual
