Position: Showroom Director, Dual Locations (1221)

Job Objective

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Showroom Director, Dual Locations oversees and supports two multi‑brand showrooms, acting as a central leadership figure for both locations. This role requires a dynamic, fast‑paced approach, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience while driving both showrooms to achieve company objectives. You will plan and execute each showroom’s business plan, clearly communicating objectives and performance expectations, while ensuring all costs and controls remain within budget.

As a leader of two high‑performing teams, you will inspire, coach, and develop colleagues across both locations, motivating them to deliver best‑in‑class service and consistently meet or exceed performance targets. A key part of the role is to maintain and continually improve operational processes across both showrooms, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a seamless, client‑focused experience. You will stay aware of the day‑to‑day and long‑term challenges facing each showroom and respond with strategic, entrepreneurial thinking while upholding the company’s professional brand image.

Serving as a critical communication link between both showrooms and the broader business, you will anticipate future challenges and opportunities.

Client Experience & Culture
  • Serve as a constant role model across both showrooms, ensuring every internal and external client receives exceptional service.
  • Promote and share best practices between showrooms and across the Group network.
  • Maintain a strong culture of teamwork, communication, and collaboration across both teams.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams across both showrooms.
  • Conduct ongoing performance management, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company dress code and professional standards at all times.
  • Lead or support showroom training sessions, meetings, and visual merchandising changes, including out‑of‑hours activities when required.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of both locations through effective delegation, planning, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising to company standards across both showrooms.
  • Manage POS operations, transactional procedures, and compliance consistently at both sites.
  • Ensure completion of all mandatory training through e‑learning and other formats.
Business Performance
  • Meet or exceed profit and sales targets across both showrooms.
  • Ensure discounts and operational costs remain within approved budgets.
  • Drive achievement of SMART goals, including floor performance, KPIs, and departmental targets for each location.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
  • Represent both showrooms at internal and external meetings as required.
  • Business related travel when necessary.
  • All other projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Expereince
  • Considerable retail management experience ideally within a luxury environment.
  • Evidence of performance delivery against sales and process.
  • Jeweler or watch product knowledge.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets.
  • Ability to manage and deliver operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements.
  • Highly numerate with ability to understand and analyze sales performance.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching members of a high performing showroom.
  • Proven track record of management achievements.
  • IT literate.
  • Evidence of CRM proficiency and networking skills.
