Job Overview
Provides general oversight and maintenance of property or properties (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Fills in for Environmental Services Directors at Ebenezer owned and managed communities and supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications- 3 years experience
- Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License within 90 Days
- Commercial Driver's License
- Associate of Arts Industrial energy or related field
- 5 years
