Travel: 75% travel required within district (weekly site visits required)

Position Overview

SEV is seeking a high-performance District Manager to lead multi-site operations across an assigned geographic district. This role is responsible for full district-level performance accountability, including revenue growth, labor optimization, operational consistency, and leadership development. The District Manager leads Area Managers and teams to ensure each location operates at peak productivity while delivering a consistent luxury client experience aligned with SEV brand standards.

This is a field-intensive leadership role requiring regular in-person site presence, active performance oversight, and hands‑on leadership development.

Responsibilities District Performance Ownership
  • Drive revenue growth across all clinics through productivity optimization, conversion improvement, and client retention
  • Take ownership of site KPI’s, implementing cost‑control measures and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Implement corrective action plans where performance gaps exist
  • Ensure each clinic meets financial targets and margin expectations
Leadership of Leaders
  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers
  • Hold regional leaders accountable to measurable performance standards
  • Conduct structured weekly check‑ins and formal district performance reviews
  • Support succession planning and leadership bench development
  • Elevate leadership capability across the district through coaching and direct feedback
Operational Excellence & Brand Standards
  • Ensure operational consistency across all locations
  • Conduct routine site audits to ensure compliance with:
    • Company policies
    • Clinical standards
    • Safety protocols
    • Labor law requirements
  • Maintain consistent luxury service standards across all clinics
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client or operational matters
Labor Strategy & Workforce Optimization
  • Oversee district‑wide labor planning and staffing models
  • Monitor scheduling efficiency and payroll optimization
  • Ensure labor compliance across all operating states
  • Address structural workforce challenges and turnover trends
  • Partner with HR on performance management and corrective action processes
Revenue Growth & Expansion
  • Analyze performance trends to identify expansion or optimization opportunities
  • Support successful launches of new clinic openings, including:
    • Leadership placement
    • Operational readiness
    • Initial performance ramp strategy
  • Partner with marketing and executive leadership to drive promotional campaigns and revenue initiatives
Geographic Ownership & Travel Expectations
  • Must reside within the assigned district or within reasonable driving distance of primary markets
  • Responsible for oversight of multiple clinic locations within designated states/metro areas
  • Expected to conduct weekly in‑person visits across district locations
  • Travel requirement: 75% travel required, depending on district size and number of clinics
  • Travel includes day trips and overnight stays
  • Responsible for coordinating travel schedules to support:
    • Performance interventions
    • Leadership development
    • New clinic openings
    • Operational audits
  • Travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy

This role is not remote. Consistent physical presence in clinics is required to ensure performance alignment and cultural consistency.
