Sales Supervisor

Supervise the sales floor to deliver a consistent, memorable customer experience and uphold high service standards. Build client relationships, support sales goals, and partner with store managers to develop leadership skills and positively influence the team.

• Coach and mentor sales associates, communicate training needs, and promote customer service and product knowledge standards.
• Build client relationships and clientele business through social engagement and value-added services.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and sales-per-hour goals while supporting the team in maximizing sales.
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards, including stock maintenance, product transfers, folding, and floor changeovers.
• Support daily store tasks, opening and closing procedures, returns, and exchanges when a manager is absent.

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, business, and financial skills.
• Ability to guide individuals toward goals through teamwork, motivation, negotiation, and staff development.
• Relevant work experience preferred; strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
