Pay Range: $23.26 – $25.75. Pay rates follow the union agreement and increase with tenure.
Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour for applicable shifts
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Overtime may be available on Fridays

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to join our Assembly team at our Edina, Minnesota facility.
What You’ll DoAs an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building SICO products from sub-assembly through final assembly. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, following specifications, and being part of a production team.
Key responsibilities include:- Assemble products according to bills of material, shop routes, and blueprints
- Cut and glue carpet and perform basic woodworking operations as needed
- Meet productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
- Monitor product quality throughout the assembly process
- Accurately track labor and materials using our production system
- Assist lead operators with setup, packing, stacking, and moving finished products
- Follow all safety, work, and housekeeping standards
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 6 months of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read simple instructions, blueprints, and work orders
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Exposure to moving machinery, vibration, and a loud manufacturing environment
