Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

DuPont Water & Protection is recruiting for Maintenance Technician(s) to join its dynamic team located at its manufacturing site in Minneapolis, MN. We are hiring for the 2nd Shift; hours are 2:30pm-11pm, Monday‑Friday.

• Troubleshoot and maintain various mechanical machines and process equipment.

• Utilize computer software programs to troubleshoot.
• Operate a mechanical lift.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and cooperate with operations and engineers to implement improvements.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent; a 2‑year technical/vocational degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least four (4) years of relevant professional work (electronics, maintenance, computers, aerial/aircraft) or military experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and steel‑toed shoes.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods and lift or move up to 45 pounds.
• Availability to serve as on‑call resource for an average of 5 weeks per year to support 24/7 operations.
• Less than 5% travel required.
• No visa sponsorship or support is available for this U.S. based position.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
