Manufacturing Operator – Edina, MN

Salary Range: $24.44 - $33.50/hr

1 position opening for the 5A shift:
Friday night – Sunday night, 12 hours from 6:30pm – 6:30am.

• Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate and field check process equipment by monitoring process conditions, equipment, and control systems as necessary.
• Read production schedule to determine set‑up product for the current day’s production run.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemicals and other elements.
• Stand, walk, stair, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods; lift, maneuver and carry up to 45 lbs, pull with up to 82 lbs force and push with up to 50 lbs force.

• High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent (minimum).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Read and navigate Human‑Machine‑Interface (HMI) panels.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Preferred:
  Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics/manufacturing or production experience.
• Preferred:
  Minimum 3 years of chemical or industrial manufacturing experience or 4+ years of military experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Preferred:
  Forklift or power materials handling equipment operation experience/certification.
