Americas Regional Market Manager – Reverse Osmosis

Responsibilities

• Translate global Reverse Osmosis segment strategy into region-specific priorities across North America and Latin America
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies for priority segments
• Own regional execution plans, including growth initiatives, campaigns, customer targeting, account penetration, launches, channel actions, success measures, and progress tracking
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to close demand and execution gaps
• Identify new customers and drive share gain through installed-base mapping, competitor displacement, and targeted value propositions
• Lead regional channel marketing effectiveness, distributor prioritization, portfolio focus, go-to-market alignment, performance reviews, and execution improvements
• Drive regional innovation and product launch execution
• Provide market and competitive intelligence on competitor moves, price pressure, messaging effectiveness, structural market issues, and emerging opportunities
• Report to the Global Marketing Leader for Reverse Osmosis in DuPont Water Solutions

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business or technical field
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen
• Ability to collect and analyze market, customer, channel, and pipeline data
• Strong strategic marketing capability, including segmentation, targeting, value proposition development, regional activation, campaign planning, and growth initiative prioritization
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar markets through primary research, customer engagement, competitive analysis, and collaboration with commercial and technical teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ownership mindset
• Demonstrated success working across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, market development, product management, commercial strategy, or a related role
• Experience in the water treatment industry, membrane technologies, filtration, wastewater, desalination, or industrial/municipal water markets
• MBA preferred
• Multi-cultural and multi-region experience preferred

Proven ability to analyze market data and drive growth initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
