VP, Marketing Current Clinic Management, LLC Edina, Minnesota, United States About this position
About Current Clinic
Millions of people live with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib), a chronic condition that is often debilitating and under-treated. Access to timely, specialized care from electrophysiologists (EPs) remains a persistent challenge in many communities. Current Clinic is pioneering a new model, establishing a network of specialized, EP-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and hospital partnerships to expand capacity and bring life-changing treatment closer to home.
As VP of Marketing at Current Clinic, you will build and lead the marketing function that brings our mission to life across every market we enter. You will own the full marketing strategy, from brand and digital presence to provider referral programs, ensuring that patients find us and that referring physicians trust us as the go-to destination for electrophysiology care. This is a rare opportunity to shape a marketing engine from the ground up at a company that is redefining how specialty cardiac care reaches the communities that need it most.
You are an experienced marketing leader who moves comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You thrive in a lean environment, where you are the one writing the brief and running the campaign, and you know how to scale thoughtfully by leveraging contractors and building the right team over time. You bring genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and a deep respect for the patient journey, and you understand that great marketing in this space requires equal parts creativity and clinical credibility.
This role is an excellent fit for a senior healthcare marketer who has led both provider-facing and consumer-facing programs and is ready to define the marketing identity of a high-growth specialty care company.
What you will be doing
- Own and execute the enterprise marketing strategy, creating integrated go-to-market plans for each new clinic launch that combine digital acquisition, community presence, and provider outreach from day one.
- Lead our provider referral marketing program, developing and sustaining strong relationships with referring cardiologists, primary care physicians, and health systems to build a consistent, high-quality referral pipeline in every market.
- Oversee the full digital marketing stack, including website content management, SEO, paid media, email, social channels, and analytics, ensuring every channel is optimized for patient acquisition and brand credibility.
- Partner with the CEO and clinical leadership to define and evolve the brand narrative, keeping our story compelling, consistent, and aligned with the needs of both patients and the broader provider community.
- Establish clear marketing KPIs and a disciplined reporting cadence, giving leadership real-time visibility into campaign performance, referral trends, and return on marketing investment.
- Lead media relations, thought leadership placements, and community outreach efforts that elevate Current Clinic’s profile and credibility in each new market we enter.
- Manage the marketing budget with rigor and intentionality, allocating resources strategically across channels, campaigns, and geographies to maximize impact.
- Identify and onboard marketing contractors and agency partners as needed, scaling execution capacity to match the pace of clinic growth.
- Ensure all marketing programs adhere to healthcare compliance and privacy standards, protecting patient trust and brand integrity at every touchpoint.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth in a specialty care or high-growth clinical environment.
