Triniti Home Health & Hospice in Minnesota is seeking an RN/LPN Visit Nurse – Hospice to join our compassionate team. You will provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients according to individualized care plans and physician orders.
This full-time position offers a wage range of $32–$44 per hour, depending on licensure and experience. A Minnesota license with at least 2 years in geriatrics or hospice, strong assessment and documentation skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records
