Competitive hourly rate: starting at $37.00
- 8‑12 hour shifts typical

Accurate Home Care provides home‑based nursing care for adult and pediatric patients. Our core values are Accountability, Compassion, Integrity and Teamwork.
Responsibilities- Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within scope of practice.
- Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary care team regarding patient health status.
- Provide a wide range of cares including tracheostomy and ventilator support, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.
- Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification, renewed as recommended.
- Ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
