About Interlachen:

Established in 1909, ICC is recognized among the preeminent private, family country clubs in the nation. The Club's Donald Ross golf course, most recently ranked #59 on Golf Digest's List of Top 100 Courses in America, has played host to several national and international championships.

We are excited to continue our robust and engaging internship program at Interlachen Country Club for the 2027 season! Located in Edina, Minnesota and just a few miles West of Minneapolis, Interlachen is defined by a renowned Donald Ross golf course, considered to be one of his finest. Recently renovated in the summer of 2023 by architect Andrew Green, the course now showcases features of the original blueprints as well as unique features created to both challenge and excite all types of players.

Internships will include daily course and grounds maintenance of the newly restored golf course while understanding the importance of the many agronomical practices we engage in on a daily basis. However, education opportunities will be tailored to each person's goals and experience, creating a truly personalized and memorable learning opportunity.

The goal of our internship program is to challenge each intern to grow both as a person and as a professional. Upon completing the internship program, interns will be prepared and empowered to advance to the next step in their careers.
