Part-Time Client Advisor - Luxury Retail & VIP Service

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences on the sales floor, cultivates long-term client relationships, and drives sales performance. This part-time role supports store operations including visual merchandising, inventory tasks, and customer follow-ups while maintaining professional presentation and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a high level of personalized service; engage in active clienteling and outreach to grow the client base.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and key KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Assist with inventory preparation, customer charge sends, repairs, holds, and other operational tasks.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership; participate in training and support store initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or other client-oriented roles acceptable.
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and professional presentation.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work a part-time retail schedule.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English required; additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
