ABOUTTHE ROLE
As a Full-Time Lead Stylist at Jaxen Grey's Galleria store
, you’ll help bring our brand to life by combining customer styling, team leadership, and operational execution. You’ll work closely with store leadership to maintain a high-performing, service-driven retail environment that reflects our values of confidence, connection, and care.
- Actively selling to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists on the floor
- Working alongside the team to drive sales and elevate the customer experience through timely, expert, and personable service.
- Coaching and guiding the floor team when store leadership is unavailable
- Taking ownership of day-to-day store operations in the absence of store leadership, including opening/closing procedures, break and alterations coordination, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Meeting personal sales performance expectations: 10% of store sales, Average Transaction Value of $220, and 2.0 Units Per Transaction
- Supporting recruiting efforts to help build and sustain a strong, culture-aligned team
- A love for fashion, style, and meaningful customer interaction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A strong sense of accountability and the ability to motivate others
- The ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
- Comfort with multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- A sharp eye for detail and a high personal standard for organization
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- A growth mindset and willingness to coach, support, and learn
- The physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability is required
- Competitive starting wage: $21.23/hour

The pay range for this role is: 21.23 - 21.23 USD per hour (US)
