- Prepare Starbucks products including a variety of coffees and breakfast foods
- Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting‑up to 50 lbs) and manage shrink
- Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
- Train and develop future coffee employees
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
- Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
- Has experience working in a Starbucks (1-2 years preferred)
- Attended Food Safety training

FREQUENT: 15% or more of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
OCCASIONAL:
Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than ten repetitions per work shift.
Physical lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 1500 force lbs. (unloading supplies), walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting. Repetitive motion: turning, bending coffee equipment operation.
Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math, basic computer skills.
Occasional:
Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., using a stool/ladder, kneeling.
Environment: extended exposure to varied temperatures and potential wet surfaces. Position functions and physical requirements may vary between locations.
