Summary
Lead and mentor a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and business performance. Partner with the Store Manager to set goals, develop talent, and maintain brand standards in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment. Act as a visible sales leader and role model on the sales floor, fostering collaboration and client loyalty.
Responsibilities- Coach, develop and evaluate team members; recruit and support internal succession planning.
- Drive client development and sales through clienteling, action plans, and visual merchandising.
- Demonstrate sales leadership, support floor activity, and build a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure brand standards, operations, inventory support and staff planning are executed effectively.
- 4+ years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or high‑end retail environments.
- Proven people leadership skills with a commercial mindset and strong client focus.
- Ability to set goals, manage performance, and develop tailored training plans.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strong communication skills.
