Position Overview

Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑time) – deliver world‑class customer experience at Pandora Retail Store, surpass sales goals, and creatively engage and attract customers. Flexible schedule around peak hours.

• Deliver a world‑class fan experience, surpass sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract customers.
• Assist with store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and visual displays.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
• Complete assessment required by email after application submission.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Results‑oriented selling skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care and empathy.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexibility to work 4 hours per month during slow periods to 12 hours per week in peak season.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
• Ready to embrace adventure and a flexible work schedule.

$14.60 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
