We are looking for a high energy seasoned Hospice Marketer who has a passion for seniors, with a current book of business in and around Edina, MN. Experience in Medical Sales within a Hospice environment is essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include:- Overall coordination of business development and education of patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other health care specialists and the local community
- Ensuring continuity of care, smooth interaction, and communication between all involved in patient care activities
- Managing all aspects of organization marketing including managing the members of the marketing team
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources and responding to customer requests and concerns
- In conjunction with the Director of Hospice Professional Services, developing home health programs in the general community

- 2 years of experience in sales or public relations in a hospice/home health care company.
- Familiarity with health care reimbursement
- Effective interpersonal skills in relating to physicians, other health specialists in the community, management, and co-workers both over the phone and in person
