Position: Territory Manager - Outside Sales at Priority1

Job Summary

Territory Manager - Outside Sales at Priority1 in Edina, MN, US. This Full‑time on‑site position focuses on new business acquisition and offers a clear career path to Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager roles.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new business (B2B door‑to‑door cold calling involved)
  • Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
  • Sell and set up new accounts
  • Manage accounts you sell
  • Participate in training and development programs at Priority1
Training and Development

New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with opportunities for additional senior TM and management training. Training is conducted in Little Rock, AR by the Executive Development Team. Immediate integration into the “Fast Start Program” follows basic sales training, providing three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication or any major with a passion for sales)
  • Involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended
  • Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • A burning desire to be successful
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commission
  • $500 monthly car allowance
