About the Role

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in‑store experience and help customers design Lovesac products to fit their style and space. Passion for sustainability, relationship building, and dedication to extraordinary customer experiences are essential.

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide the customer from first interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company‑provided tools and communication methods.
• Quickly identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening and closing the store, inventory, exchanges, marketing, promotions, and ensure they are followed to company standards.
• Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, minimizing risks and maintaining safety.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective use of technology for sales and customer support, including product demos and CRM systems.
• Ability to support an omni‑channel customer experience, including in‑person at stores, local stores and third‑party vendors, and remote shifts.
• Ability to travel as required to local stores and vendors.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and sensitive data.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict fairly and non‑confrontationally.
• Physical ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.
