Security Officer - Part-Time Weekends

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances and perimeter to deter theft, property damage and/or unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer disputes, medical situations and/or alarms, and coordinate with management and public responders;
Monitor access points and observe customer and associate activity, addressing suspicious behavior with professional communication and escalation per site policy;
Complete required reports such as incident reports, shift logs and patrol documentation, and communicate notable observations to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership
