• $20–$30/hour total compensation (base + bonuses)
• Monthly performance bonuses + extra pay for add-on repairs

• Complete on-site surface repairs (scratches, chips, burns, and more) in apartments, hotels, and other properties
• Use a custom toolkit and proven process to deliver fast, high-quality results
• Spot opportunities for additional repairs (and earn bonuses for them)
• Interact with customers and property teams—your work makes an immediate impact
• Manage your schedule and jobs with strong support from our team
