The Crew Facility Maintenance is a small business that is focused on both Commercial and Residential Construction trades in Plymouth, MN. The Crew Facility Maintenance is ramping up to add a new Journeyman Plumber to our team. To learn more about TCFM, please check out

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient and effective plumbing installations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

• Possess Journeyman Card (Required)
• Proficiency in basic math for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their interaction with plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in plumbing work

Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites.
