The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Service Technician II to respond quickly to service requests, handle apartment turnover, and maintain property grounds and systems. This role emphasizes hands-on trades, customer service, and independent work across interior, exterior, and site areas.
Five days per week in office is required. Candidates should have 3+ years of advanced repair experience across multiple trades, with OSHA/HVAC certifications preferred and REAC/HQS experience a plus.
