Own website performance end-to-end. Analyze and resolve speed bottlenecks to achieve top-tier Google Core Web Vitals scores across all sites. - Technical SEO & Analytics:
Implement advanced technical SEO (schema markup, crawl optimization) and deploy complex tracking infrastructures (GA4, GTM, custom data layers) without compromising site speed.
Client Collaboration & Project Management

Coordinate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, and account managers) to align technical execution with overarching project goals. - Roadblock Resolution:
Proactively identify, navigate, and resolve technical or logistical bottlenecks to keep multi-site projects moving forward on schedule. - Project Oversight & Mentorship:
Act as the technical lead on portfolio-wide initiatives, establishing workflows, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior or mid-level developers.
Qualifications:
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent Communication
Skills:
Ability to articulately explain technical constraints, solutions, and strategies to non-technical clients and internal stakeholders alike. - Project Management Aptitude:
Proven ability to manage project timelines, prioritize competing tasks across a massive site portfolio, and maintain organization under pressure. - Problem-Solving Mindset:
Strong critical thinking skills with a track record of systematically breaking down and solving complex roadblocks.
