The company is a full-service plastic injection molding contract manufacturer and FDA-certified medical device manufacturer, seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day production and manufacturing operations. This role ensures efficiency, quality, and compliance across all aspects of tooling, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and distribution. The Director of Operations will lead cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain the company’s high-quality standards.

Due to promotions, they have asked our team to identify a top-grade Director of Operations for their plant in the Northwest Pennsylvania area.

A qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in plastic injection molding or medical device manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving manufacturing efficiency.
• Experience with tooling operations, mold maintenance, and production optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
