Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer needs, and ensure that home displays are maintained and properly organized throughout the day.
