Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing friendly, helpful service at all times
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process purchases, returns, and fuel transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments, ensuring correct change and secure cash management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring proper product rotation and attractive merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock or out-of-stock items to supervisors
• Support fresh food and prepared items by following basic food handling, safety, and quality guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including store setup, cleaning, and securing the premises
• Respond to customer questions, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues to management as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales compliance
