POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator, reports to and works closely alongside the Legal and Compliance leadership, and provides management and oversight of the Legal and Corporate Compliance department. This includes: in-person learning, on-line learning, partnership-based initiatives, leadership academy coordination, and employee development and training.

POSITION EDUCATION/

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Organizational Development); equivalent and/or related experience is acceptable

· Advanced computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

· Bilingual:
English/Spanish preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years in organizational development, employee education/training, or organizational development.
• Exceptional project coordination skills, the ability to track and coordinate complex projects and ability to lead multiple projects and advance employee development and training.
• High level of customer-centricity and organizational empathy.
• A demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.
• Ability to engage with leaders across the enterprise.
• Skill in establishing a balanced perspective on mission effectiveness and business results is critical.

Responsibilities:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promotes the facility mission, vision, and values by effectively communicating them to others. Considers mission, vision, and values in developing programs, practices and development opportunities.
• Develops, assesses and maintains systems and program management tools to effectively and efficiently coordinate all aspects of contracts and agreements
• Oversee current projects/initiatives and coordinate all team membersto keep workflow on track to observe deadlines, monitor, and track and manage project budgets in collaboration with the Legal and Corporate Compliance team
• Serve as a point of contact for fellows and leadership with questions, problems, issues, or needs regarding the contracts and agreements
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe meeting minutes.
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding the contract and agreements
• Other duties as assigned.
