* We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Payne Edinburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
• 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
• 3. Coordinate with the service department to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• 5. Assist with service appointments and follow up with customers.
• 6. Provide product information and answer questions about vehicle features.
• 7. Collaborate with the service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• 8. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.

• 1. High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
• 5. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• 6. Proficient in computer skills and working with CRM software.
• 7. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• 8. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
