The Department of Organization & School Leadership at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) occasionally needs to hire non‑tenure track, part‑time lecturers to teach at the graduate level for the academic year 2026‑2027.

Deliver quality instruction within the program.

• Experience as an Assistant Principal, Principal, Superintendent, or Central Office.
• Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from an accredited institution.
• License or certification required:
  Yes.

Part‑time lecturers are paid per course taught, commensurate with experience and/or qualifications.
