Scope of JobThe Department of Bilingual and Literacy Studies at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) occasionally needs to hire non‑tenure track, part‑time Lecturers to teach undergraduate Bilingual Education and Reading courses for the Fall, Spring, and/or Summer semesters. Responsibilities include delivering quality instruction within the program.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree in bilingual education, ESL, literacy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 18 hours or more of coursework in bilingual education, ESL, reading, literacy, or a related field.
Part‑time Lecturers are paid per course taught commensurate with experience and/or qualifications.
