Guidance Counselor

The Guidance Counselor will provide, along with department members, a proactive developmental guidance and counseling program for all students including regular education, advanced academics, migrant, special education, and career and technical education in order to maximize academic, career, and personal growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Program Management
• Guidance and Counseling
• Consultation and Coordination
• Assessment
• Administration
• Professionalism

Qualifications include:

• Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
• TEA Counselor certification
• Three years teaching experience required
