You have spent years coaching students, building rapport, setting high expectations, and not accepting performance below capability. Alpha’s unconventional model gives students the freedom to progress through AI‑driven platforms at their own pace while you facilitate life‑skills workshops and motivate them toward weekly learning targets.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 students on topics such as public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback.

Pass mastery assessments after each workshop to verify authentic skill acquisition. - Conducting daily motivation sessions, leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to ensure 100% cohort achievement of weekly app progression targets.
- Employing narrative techniques, incentive structures (campus currency, leaderboards), and individual rapport to overcome student reluctance.
- Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics to maintain a 90%+ benchmark on student feedback surveys.
- Presenting at a whiteboard or delivering direct lectures, as academic progress occurs through AI‑powered platforms.
- Supervising passively; the role demands active facilitation of learning.

Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of three years of direct experience working with K‑8 students.
- Strong storytelling ability and facilitation presence—capable of maintaining engagement for a one‑hour session.
- Availability to work on‑site at the Alpha campus in Brownsville, TX.
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program coordinator.
- Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional).
- Familiarity with self‑directed or application‑based learning models.

Working With UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position requiring entry into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $50 USD per hour, which equates to $100,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is made weekly.
