• Facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 students on topics such as public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback.

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program coordinator.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position requiring entry into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $50 USD per hour, which equates to $100,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is made weekly.
