Alpha operates one of the most unorthodox schools you'll encounter. Students don't occupy rows while absorbing lectures. They progress through AI-driven learning applications at individualized speeds. AI manages the instructional curriculum. Your role is to facilitate life skills workshops that command the attention of K-8 students, conduct motivation sessions that drive them toward their weekly learning targets, and maintain standards when students attempt to underperform.

• Facilitating hour-long life skills workshops for K-8 students addressing topics including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange

• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to ensure 100% of your cohort achieves their weekly app progression targets
• Employing storytelling techniques, incentive structures (school currency, leaderboards), and individual relationships to overcome student reluctance
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics toward achieving a 90%+ benchmark on student feedback surveys

• Conducting traditional lectures at a whiteboard. Students progress academically via self-directed AI-powered applications, not through direct instruction from you.
• Providing passive supervision. The environment involves students using computers; the role demands active engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Compelling storytelling and facilitation presence — able to hold a room of children engaged for an hour
• Willing to work on-site at the Alpha campus in Brownsville, TX
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship

• Background as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program facilitator
• Track record of high performance in a competitive environment (academic, athletic, or professional)
