We seek applicants who are dedicated to serving The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley's diverse student body as a Part Time Lecturer of SIBCS beginning in the Fall for academic year. We are looking for individuals with experience teaching a variety of courses and laboratories that support our Biology or Chemistry undergraduate programs.

About the Department:
The School of Integrative Biological and Chemical Sciences at UTRGV, located on the Edinburg and Brownsville campuses, is composed of faculty and staff committed to research and education in the life sciences. The mission of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Department of Biology is to educate, train, and diversify the next generation of leaders and lifelong learners in the area of biology.

The minimum qualification to be considered as a Part-Time Lecturer is a Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or a related field of study (with a minimum 18 credit hours in Biology or Chemistry related content) from an accredited institution.
