Position: Hacienda Ford - Collision Center Customer Service Representative

Collision Center Representative

Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
  • Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
  • Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance
  • Update clients with repair progress and status accordingly.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
  • Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs
  • Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
  • Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.

Hours:

The Collision Center is open during the following hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Requirements
