HR Assistant ROC

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Knowledge in the operations of the data processing area. Assists the HRIS Coordinator with all data enties and will serve as the back up when out of the office. Responsible for retrieving, receiving and updating HIRS with change of status, leave of absence, and other entries. Assist with reports to include but not limited to compensation, benefits, HRIS, etc.. Assists with pre-employment processes, general hospital orientation and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Prefer two years of HR office experience or commensurate
2. Knowledge of HIRS and ATS systems preferred
3. Knowledge with computer software: word and excel
4. Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task.
5. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
1. High School diploma, GED or Higher Education required.
