Description:
Responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by administering day-to-day human resources functions.
Compile and maintain human resources records.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including front office operations and process control.
Maintain HR records in both electronic and paper formats.
Monitor and report compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact to visitors, applicants, and staff, either in person, by phone, or through electronic communications.
Assist with projects and processes as needed, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
Generate reports and conduct onboarding appointments.
Perform data entry and maintenance in various systems.
Produce and manage employee IDs and access controls.
