Janitorial​/Maintenance

The Janitor/Maintenance Attendant plays an integral part in keeping our clubs looking shiny and new. Working with Club Leadership, the Janitor ensures the club facility is clean, safe, and sanitary.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the interior of the club
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club
• Assist with service to members and guests when required
• Complete daily checklist of cleaning responsibilities set by the general manager
• Maintain friendly, helpful attitude toward all club staff, members, and guests
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager
• Remain aware of club facility concerns including downed/broken equipment and building issues
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook
• Any additional tasks/projects requested by management

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications as required by local/state laws

• Lift up to 30 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend, and squat frequently
• Push and pull cleaning/maintenance equipment as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States per federal and state laws. Eligibility must be maintained throughout employment, and changes must be notified immediately, along with required documentation for E‑Verification.
