Registered Nurse; RN – Home Health​/Skilled Visits & Infusion

The Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits/Infusion provides high-quality home health clinical services to patients in their homes. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care.

Salary:$75,000 annually
Visit Quota:25 visits
On-Call:

Rotation required

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

• Variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments
• Weekend and evening opportunities available

• Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient’s individualized Plan of Care
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing and appropriate staff
• Educate and counsel patients and families throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation per local, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Safely manage wound care/VAC therapy, trach/vent (if applicable), infusions, PICC lines, and disease management
  • Training provided if needed
• Perform skilled visit treatments as required

• Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
• Clean background and criminal record
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance
• Strong commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality
