Wellsential Health is currently seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to support Hidalgo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on various shifts.

In this purpose driven role, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Shifts:

• 6:00am 2:00pm (5 openings)
• 2:00pm 10:00pm (2 openings)
• 10:00pm 6:00am (1 opening)

Requirements:

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
