The Certified Nurse Aide will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans.

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, monitoring food intake, hair and nail care, moving residents, and responding to calls.
• Carry out duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report any situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions or needs to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in conditions to the Charge Nurse.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long‑term care facility (preferred).
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
