The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store. They will own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing store inventories and cycle counts accurately.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensuring planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service following the GURA model:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surfaces such as concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Work shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment adhering to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional overhead lifting.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
