First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed;
Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws;
Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices;
Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders;
Perform customer area & restroom maintenance such as but not limited to; detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
