Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers are required to shop for customers throughout the store, select items, and accurately fill online orders. The position is fast‑paced, often involving concurrent support for in‑store customers and dispensing orders during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will engage customers during the dispensing process and provide assistance as needed.

* The actual hourly rate may equal or exceed the minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives, premiums, and annual or quarterly bonuses.
