• Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big‑box stores.
• Motivate Sales Associates (Energy Pros) to engage consumers about Reliant solutions.
• Assess client needs and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
• Teach Energy Pros to uncover consumer desires, deliver tailored solutions and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Deliver superior sales results while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Court‑ly welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggest products.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Train team members and assist them with closing sales.
• Maintain overall team production.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and, if necessary, forward them to the appropriate channel.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Accurately submit work schedules for manager approval.
• Accurately track inventory receipt and counts.
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated long‑term excellent sales performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Autonomous work style with strong time‑management skills.

• Hourly pay plus bonus averaging $1,000-$1,350 per week.
